Privacy Policy

Updated November 4, 2026

This policy describes the information used by HOMEZUN, operated by Flower City Signature Realty Inc., Brokerage.

Information used

Property searches send the filters you choose to the HOMEZUN API and authorized PropTx service. Hosting and image providers receive technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, when delivering pages and photos. Google Fonts receives requests when the homepage loads its fonts.

Browser storage

Saved homes and searches are stored with your signed-in account. Earlier prototype versions could leave a local profile or test inquiry on your device. Clearing HOMEZUN site data in your browser removes those legacy records.

Accounts and inquiries

With your consent, inquiry forms collect your name, phone, email, property details and message for brokerage follow-up. These requests are stored in the brokerage database. Email sign-in uses Resend to send a short-lived code, and a secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Saved homes store listing references and saved searches store your selected filters. Cloudflare hosts the database. Do not submit financial, identity or medical documents through these forms.

Brokerage staff can access inquiries in a protected inbox. Contact the brokerage to request access, correction or deletion of personal data, or to withdraw consent. Records may be retained where needed to meet applicable obligations.

Location-based search

HOMEZUN can suggest an approximate Ontario city using Cloudflare’s network-location information. It may be inaccurate. You can change the city manually. Selecting Near me requests your browser’s location permission. When allowed, coordinates are converted to an approximate search area and sent to the HOMEZUN API and PropTx to find nearby listings. Precise coordinates are not stored in your account or browser storage. Security logs use keyed inquiry identifiers.

Maps

When feed coordinates are missing and you open map view, publicly displayable street addresses and cities may be sent to Natural Resources Canada to obtain an approximate address location. Address-withheld listings are excluded. Successful coordinates are cached for up to 30 days under an address hash.

Opening map view loads Leaflet from jsDelivr and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Opening a property map loads OpenStreetMap and shares the requested map coordinates and technical request information with that service.

Private review

The private IDX review uses an administrator key held temporarily in tab memory. It is sent only in an authentication header to the HOMEZUN API and cleared when the tab is hidden, locked or reaches its ten-minute expiry.

Listing data and permitted use

HOMEZUN is a consumer real estate brand operated by Flower City Signature Realty Inc., Brokerage. Listing data, when available, is provided through authorized PropTx IDX access. Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed accurate by PropTx.

The information provided herein must only be used by consumers that have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate and may not be used for any commercial purpose or any other purpose.
